As advocates of supporting mental wellbeing we recognise the importance of finding safe space for others to openly talk and share thier experiences.
Through sharing our own personal struggles with mental illness we run annual events each year helping to stop the stigma of talking about mental illness.

As a Time To Change champion we are supporting the Time To Change organisation and thier fight to stop the discrimination of those who have mental illness.
Time To Talk is an event for people can come together to share their experiences about mental illness, with those who may or may not understand the obstacles and challenges they face, in being able to openly talk about it.
Whether you are a sufferer or supporter we invite you to come along and share a coffee and chat with others. There will be an opportunity to learn about Time To Change and share your experience.

Some disabilities are invisible. 1 in 6 people in the UK has a mental health concern.
Mental Health Awareness Week is an event run every year by the Mental Health Foundation UK. They work to prevent mental illness, helping people to understand and protect themselves for better wellbeing.
We aim to promote this event and integrate it into the work we are doing, whether running a course or working in the local community. We will be especially promoting it at our Wishtree Growing Club. The theme for this years Mental Health week is the connection between mental health and sleep.

World Mental Health day is an opportunity for organisations to promote the work they do towards helping to improve mental health.
